Ms. Kho, licensed in both Colorado and Idaho, specializes in estate planning, probate, elder law, agricultural law, and other natural resources law.

Ms. Kho’s passion for estate planning law stems from her upbringing on her family’s cattle ranch, where she witnessed the challenges many families face without proper estate planning. An active member of the Colorado Bar Association, Ms. Kho serves on both the Elder Law Section Executive Council and the Agricultural Law Section Executive Council. She frequently shares her expertise through community education and continuing legal education seminars.

Ms. Kho resides in Erie, Colorado, with her husband and their four children. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, a Master of Arts in English Literature, and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Writing Emphasis from Boise State University.
