Fort Collins-based Brinkman Partners, an integrated real estate solutions company, has been awarded a $48,500 training grant. The grant was issued by the Colorado Community College System’s Colorado First and Existing Industry grant program. Brinkman worked in conjunction with the Front Range Community College Larimer campus to apply for funding.
Brinkman will utilize the funding over the next seven months to provide training programs for their employees centered on change management, project management, performance metrics and advanced trainings on software currently employed throughout the company’s service groups.
Brinkman Partners is focused on hiring highly-skilled and engaged employees who are committed to contributing to the success of the organization and its clients. These training opportunities will increase employee development leading to higher quality customer service.
“Our team has always been at the core of what we do. Without the great people we have in place, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We are dedicated to providing opportunities that foster employee growth and satisfaction and believe these trainings will enhance the team’s already top talent level,” said Brinkman Partners CEO and co-founder, Paul Brinkman.
The Colorado Existing Industry grant is a competitive process that requires companies to meet certain baseline criteria prior to application. The grant is focused on companies adding technology or enhancing their business strategies in an effort so stay competitive in the marketplace. Brinkman Partners will offer these trainings in addition to their internal Management Development and Women’s Leadership programs and ongoing safety and jobsite trainings.
