Nearby is a recap of the Chamber’s annual Moving Fort Collins Forward! Campaign.  I hope you’ll take a minute to read it.

I want to extend my personal thanks to all of the people who supported the campaign.  We had company CEOs agree to have teams in the campaign and Vice Chairs that lent their prestige.  The team captains and team members were unbelievable and fun to work with.  Our leaders were Yvonne Myers of Columbine Health and Chris Otto of EKS&H.  This dynamic duo led us to success.  And for a remarkable 6th year in a row, the Columbine team won top honors and Yvonne was the top individual producer.

Not only did volunteers produce $570,000 of income for the Chamber, they recruited 115 new members.  Hats off to the Red Carpet Committee team that recruited 45 members.  Chuck Jacquinot and Kristin McMahon of that team recruited 14 and 11 new members, respectively.

The Moving Fort Collins Forward! Campaign funds the Chamber’s key events and programs for the next year.  So, to say the least, this is a big deal to us.

Final thanks to the Chamber staff for their critical support role.  Great job one and all!  And special, special thanks to Kim Medina, Campaign Coordinator.  She makes this entire thing work through extra effort and sheer willpower.
