Grand Opening of Big City Roadhouse 

Full-service restaurant expands beloved Big City Burrito brand with new concept, menu, and bar program

The team behind Big City Burrito is excited to announce the upcoming opening of Big City ROADHOUSE in Greeley, with a target opening date of Thursday, September 4, 2025, pending final licenses and permits.

Located in the former Cables Pub & Grill space, Big City Roadhouse brings a fresh new concept to the Big City brand: a full-service restaurant with a bar. Guests can expect Big City Flavors with roadhouse comfort featuring a diverse menu that goes well beyond burritos.

What’s on the Menu?

Big City Roadhouse will feature: Steaks,Tavern-style pizza, wings, burgers and a dedicated section for the signature potato-style burritos that made Big City famous. Fresh lime & agave margaritas, including a margarita flight for guests who can’t pick just one flavor! We’re especially excited about the bar program and the wide variety of menu items that will make Roadhouse a place for everyone.

Behind the menu is Chef Don Yamauchi, Cleta’s husband and a James Beard–nominated chef, whose creativity and expertise elevate the Roadhouse concept while keeping it approachable and fun. Our goal is to bring something fresh to Greeley while honoring the Big City tradition people already love!

Big City Burrito has been a staple in Northern Colorado for years, with locations in Fort Collins and Loveland. The opening of Big City Roadhouse marks the next chapter for the brand, expanding its presence in the NOCO community with a new twist on the Big City name.Big City Roadhouse is planning for a September 4th opening, depending on the completion of final licensing and permitting.
