Patients dealing with vascular conditions now have access to advanced, specialized care with the addition of a new vascular surgeon at Banner Health, Timothy Fuller, MD, FACS, RPVI. Dr. Fuller joined Banner in August after relocating to Northern Colorado from Georgia and brings extensive expertise in treating vascular conditions.

With over 15 years of experience in medicine, being a surgeon is Dr. Fuller’s second accomplished career. After completing a degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York Dr. Fuller was deployed in the global war on terrorism. During this time, Dr. Fuller became an Army Ranger and earned two separate Bronze Stars while participating in five combat deployments with the elite special operations unit of the 75th Ranger Regiment.

After an illustrious military career, Dr. Fuller pursued his next goal of becoming a surgeon by completing his medical degree at Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. He then completed a general surgery residency and a vascular surgery fellowship in Cincinnati, Ohio. He now maintains board certification in general surgery and vascular surgery and is licensed as a registered physician in vascular interpretation (RPVI).

Dr. Fuller’s dedication to excellence and precision developed during his military career is mirrored in his approach to treating patients with life-altering vascular conditions such as aortic and peripheral artery aneurysms, aortic and peripheral vascular occlusive disease, carotid artery disease, venous disease, and vascular access needs.

“What I find to be the most rewarding aspect of my work is the positive impact I can have on my patient’s lives,” Dr. Fuller said. “My philosophy of care is grounded in discipline, precision and unwavering commitment to excellence. Whether performing complex surgeries or offering minimally invasive procedures, I aim to provide the highest standard of care, rooted in integrity and compassion.”

Dr. Fuller works closely with Banner’s other cardiac, thoracic and vascular physicians, seeing patients at the Banner Health Clinic in Greeley, located at 1800 15th St., Suite 220 as well as the Banner Health Center in Fort Collins located at 4700 Lady Moon Dr. Patients interested in a consultation with Dr. Fuller for vascular conditions can schedule by calling 970-810-0900.
