A New Edge to Old Town: ULI Northern Colorado’s Launch Event

Join us for the celebration of the launch of ULI Colorado’s new regional committee in Northern Colorado! This event will feature tours of the hottest new projects in downtown Fort Collins and a panel discussion between their developers. Featured projects include the Elizabeth Hotel, Ginger and Baker, the Exchange, and Washington’s. We’ll also hear from the City of Fort Collins and the Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority about how these and other planned development projects in the downtown are shaping the future of Fort Collins
