We invite you to be part of the story at the Dementia Together Joy on the Journey Annual Fundraiser where you will hear stories of hope, contentment and joy. It is through your attendance and financial support that YOU will be helping to change the dementia narrative from crisis and tragedy to contentment and hope by supporting an organization that is bringing education, enrichment and support to families navigating the dementia journey at no charge.

This year’s theme, Stories, celebrates the power of stories—the ones that shape who we are, connect our community, and inspire hope for those navigating the dementia journey. It will be an inspiring evening filled with connection and meaningful stories that honor a lifetime of memories. We’re especially excited to welcome Dick Foth, a master storyteller who has spent eight decades helping people make sense of life through story.

Joy on the Journey is more than an evening event. It is a gathering that brings together families, community partners, and supporters who believe that living well with dementia should be the expectation, not the exception. Funds raised support our ability to continue providing education, enrichment, support, and personalized family consultations at no charge for families across Northern Colorado and beyond.
