FORT COLLINS, CO — Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR) is excited to announce that on February 2, 2026, the organization will transition to Epic, a leading electronic medical record (EMR) system designed to enhance the patient experience and improve coordination across healthcare teams.

With Epic’s mobile platform, OCR MyChart, patients will benefit from a more seamless, connected, and user-friendly healthcare experience, whether at home or on the go. OCR intentionally selected Epic because it is a platform many patients already know and trust, making it easier to navigate, communicate with care teams, and manage personal health information.

Beginning February 2, patients will be able to download the OCR MyChart app and take advantage of new features that put their health information at their fingertips, including the ability to:
Schedule appointments
Securely message their provider’s office
View test results and visit summaries
Access medical records
Update medications, allergies, and medical history
Request prescription refills
Receive reminders for upcoming appointments
Pay bills for services provided

“OCR MyChart gives patients greater access, convenience, and integration when managing their healthcare needs,” said OCR CEO, Wayne Fraleigh. “This transition supports our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with tools that simplify and enhance their overall experience.”

Additional information and step-by-step instructions for downloading and using OCR MyChart will be provided to patients ahead of the February 2 launch.
