Outreach Fort Collins is a local nonprofit dedicated to promoting community well-being and safety through compassionate, street-based outreach and connection to resources. Their team works directly with individuals experiencing homelessness, local businesses, and service providers to build relationships and create a more balanced, supportive downtown community.
