Charles H. A Boulder native and graduate of the University of Colorado, Alan S. Thompson joins our team with extensive experience in business transactions, commercial litigation, and intellectual property law. Over the course of his career, he has successfully represented clients in complex arbitration proceedings, as well as in both state and federal courts across a range of jurisdictions. His practice reflects a deep understanding of the legal and strategic considerations that drive business outcomes, particularly in high-stakes and multi-faceted disputes. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Thompson is widely recognized for his enduring commitment to public service and his active role in mentoring emerging legal professionals.
