As of May 1, 2024, the business is under the ownership of Don and Cleta Yamauchi, along with their business partner Adam. With a passion for delivering exceptional food and service, the Yamauchi’s are eager to bring fresh energy and growth to both the Fort Collins and Loveland locations.

Don and Cleta, who have an extensive background in the food and beverage industry, including experience in freestanding restaurants, country clubs, and casinos, are committed to maintaining the high standards Big City Burrito is known for while introducing exciting new offerings. The duo is particularly proud to introduce a food trailer, available for large catering events and community gatherings.

New Breakfast Burrito Hours and Menu Enhancements:
In addition to the new ownership, Big City Burrito is excited to announce extended weekend hours. Starting immediately, both the Fort Collins and Loveland locations will now open at 7 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays to serve breakfast burritos—one of the restaurant’s most popular items—available all day!
Big City Burrito is also pleased to introduce new seasonal items, including hot cocoa and apple cider, perfect for the fall and winter months.
