This is a great class to learn how to create a sewing project you can use – bookmarks! Julie will guide you through choosing fabrics to pattern cutting, and then together we will sew each step to make the process easy to complete.
In this class you’ll be able to make 3 Heart Bookmarks and a Pocket/Pen Holder Bookmark. We will discuss different options for the pocket pen holders and share patterns for each project. You’ll be able to make as many more as you’d like, as class time allows.
Please bring a working sewing machine, thread, bobbins, scissors, and a few of your favorite fabrics.
Note: One sewing machine can be shared between two people for this class.
Note2: sizes of fabric can be from 4” square to ¼ yard or more.
Optional supplies you can bring: Small cutting mat, ruler and rotary cutter.
Julie will supply: more fabric options, interfacing, elastic, irons, pressing mats, cutting boards, rotary cutters, rulers, and marking pen.
