SOFIA AGUIRELA, LPC, RPT, NCC
Sofía Aguilera is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), registered play therapist (RPT), National Certified Counselor (NCC); as well as a lifelong student of yoga, artist, writer, mama, Mestiza y Chicana. Born and raised in Colorado, she enjoys nature, cooking (and visiting her ancestral homeland) of Nuevo Mexico as often as she and her family can.

SARAH DELUCA, LCSW
Sarah DeLuca, LCSW is a licensed therapist and mom of three young children, based in Fort Collins, CO. She owns a mental health therapy practice where she works with children, teens and adults. Sarah specializes in trauma therapy (EMDR Certified), perinatal counseling and Respectful Parenting support. She also provides Respectful Parenting workshops and individual support across the nation.
