FORT COLLINS — The Museum of Art Fort Collins has four (4) varied and unique spaces to rent for large and small groups that can meet every need from meeting space to event and wedding reception space. Main gallery- Approximately 2,500 square feet; maximum capacity is 166. $650 for up to four hours. $100/hour after four hours. Large north windows facing Oak Street Plaza. Wheelchair accessible. Depending upon the exhibition in the main gallery, food and drink may or may not be permitted. Non profit discount is available.
David A. Tyrrell Conference Room- Maximum Capacity is 6 people. $50/hour. Suitable for private meetings. Wireless or Bluetooth connected TV for presentations. Private bathroom. Can be combined with South Gallery for discounted price.
Lynnette C. Jung-Springberg Gallery- 400 square feet; maximum capacity is 50. $200/4 hours. Wheelchair accessible. Can be combined with Tyrrell conference room for discounted price.
Art Engagement Center/Suite 215. 1800 square feet; Maximum Capacity is 49. Good for groups 7-49. $100/hr with 2 hour minimum. Small kitchen included. Wireless or Bluetooth connected TV for presentations. Wheelchair accessible from elevator. Bathrooms accessible by elevator. Room can be configured for different presentational formats.
