Fort Collins, CO- Fit-Rx, a new personal training studio in Fort Collins recently announced they are partnering with the non-profit Dementia Together to help support those affected by Cognitive Decline, Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
With the new partnership, Fit-Rx will offer specialized programming to families associated with Dementia Together in the areas of fall prevention, balance, and best exercise practice for not only those experiencing cognitive decline, but also for those who stand by them.

Located in the Hobby Lobby Shopping Center in South Fort Collins, programming at Fit-Rx is geared specifically for those who desire to feel their best not only now (at any age) but also 20 years from now. They live by the slogan “You should always be able to run to your car when it’s raining!”
