Kayla’s Role
Fowler will be responsible for building and maintaining community and client relationships to increase brand awareness, expanding the territory of organization services, fostering Lion Home Service community presence, and maintaining integral external relationships. Fowler is the direct representative for many event types, with the key objective of promoting the brand based on the marketing strategy set forth by the Marketing Manager.
Background
Fowler comes with a background in marketing, previously having worked for a restoration company that focused on water, sewage, and mold damage restoration. Her position at the company had her helping customers through difficult processes of insurance claims and getting them back to normal after catastrophic events. In that role, she worked with plumbers, insurance companies, and leadership to recruit the best people and spread the word about their services. Fowler also has managerial experience in her background, having worked in the restaurant industry serving individuals from all walks of life. It wasn’t until she came to Colorado on a solo travel trip that she met her husband and settled in the area. Once she heard about Lion Home Service, and after reading about their services and reputation in the community, she knew she wanted to be a Lion.
