I am a new agent with Keller Williams but I am not new to real estate. I have been investing in real estate since 1998. Investing in Real Estate was a side passion of mine while enjoying a 28 year career with the FAA. We have owned investment property in Colorado, Florida, and currently own property in Arizona and Hawaii. I’m excited for real estate my top professional focus. 
Most of my time with the FAA was spent in operations. My time was spent as an Air Traffic controller, Supervisor (of Air Traffic Controllers), Operations Manager, Quality Control Manager, and finally as an internal consultant for the FAA.
Being in Air Traffic Control really drives home the importance of hearing what is needed and being able to deliver that efficiently and effectively. My last position with the FAA as an internal consultant I provided leadership training to the NW part of the US, with an emphasis on effective communication and negotiation.
My husband and I love living in Fort Collins. We moved to Fort Collins in 1998. Our two boys were born and raised here. When not at work we enjoy spending time with family. We also have a great love of and all things out doors – especially boating, biking, hiking.
