Today’s Tip: Create a practice of Gratitude.

Gratitude has been shown to reduce the negative effects of stress, improve sleep, and cultivate positive emotions. With just a few moments a day, for 21 days, you are likely to feel happier and to have created a habit!
RIGHT NOW: take a moment to let someone know you are thankful for them (call, text or even send a card!) Be sure to include a few specifics about WHAT you are thankful for about that person.
