Nosh, Northern Colorado’s only locally-owned meal delivery company, is joining forces with Wing Shack this Thanksgiving season to collect frozen turkey donations to help make the holidays a little brighter for underprivileged Northern Colorado families.
All Wing Shack locations will be accepting frozen turkey donations on behalf of local nonprofits Food Bank for Larimer County, Weld Food Bank, Needs Inc., and the OUR Center. As a thank-you to those donating turkeys, Nosh and Wing Shack are also providing each donor with a voucher for 10 free wings at Wing Shack and $2 off any delivery order with Nosh. Additionally, Nosh and Wing Shack have committed to donating $5 each for every turkey donated, helping each donation to make even more impact.
Nosh has a long history of working with local food banks and nonprofits since the company’s inception in 2018 and it is hoping to make an even greater impact this year by partnering with Wing Shack for their annual Turkey Drive. As a food delivery company, the issue of food insecurity is a topic that Nosh is passionate to help aid in and provide relief for in our Northern Colorado community.
“We are so pleased to once again be working with Wing Shack and Nosh NoCo to support our neighbors this holiday season,” said Paul Donnelly, the Food Bank’s communications director. “We are seeing a record number of requests for turkeys this year, so the generosity of Wing Shack, Nosh and their customers will help ensure that as many families as possible enjoy a holiday meal this Thanksgiving.”
Frozen turkeys can be dropped off in-person at any Wing Shack location or at Wing Shack curbside pickup spots. Turkeys must be frozen upon drop-off and will be accepted during Wing Shack business hours now through noon on November 24th.
