As the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to spread quickly across the state of Colorado and the globe, we recognize this is having very real impacts to the finances of our members. With a focus on supporting you in this tough time, below are changes in effect or in the works to provide relief and increased peace of mind for you and all membership.
*Suspended and Reduced Fees*
Until further notice, we are suspending or drastically reducing fees. Fees for excessive transactions for savings and money market accounts, minimum account balances, Skip-A-Pay and credit card usage for loan payments will all be suspended. We are waiving early CD withdrawal fees to ensure access to your money for immediate needs, and overdraft and non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees will be reduced to $0.01.
*Help With Loans*
If you’re facing financial hardship due to an interruption in your income, we will work with you to ease the burden of your Ent loan payments. Simply log in to your account through online or mobile banking and let us know how we can help. There are also options to call, but please be aware that hold times will be longer than normal. We will do our best to take your call as quickly as possible.

*Helping Keep Colorado Businesses Strong*
To help our business and corporate members, emergency loans are available along with increased business lines of credit. We hope these measures will reduce stress and allow business/corporate members to focus on the health of their business with less financial worry.
*How We’re Helping the Community*
To help those who may be the most vulnerable at this time, we’re working with various Colorado nonprofits to support the most critical needs. We have committed a total of $250,000 to support Help Colorado Now, Care & Share Food Bank for Southern Colorado and Pikes Peak United Way, which are dedicated to meeting increased, vital community needs.
*Standing By Our Members, Staff and Community*
Please know we’re continuing to monitor the pandemic and will keep doing what’s right for our members, our employees and our community. We also ask for your help. If you can bank online, please do so. It helps free up staff to help members who can only bank by phone. Thank you again for your patience with longer drive-up lines and extended hold times. Our staff is working as quickly as possible to help each of you.
Finally, to keep up with our latest updates, including our open drive-up locations, please visit Ent.com/Coronavirus. I’m heartened by so many Coloradans’ efforts to reduce the impact of coronavirus by temporarily staying at home. And from everyone at Ent, we hope you are well.
Sincerely,
Chad Graves
