This survey was developed by the CSU Center for Public Deliberation as an alternative to the community focus groups held from March 3-March 11, primarily because of the cancellation of the Fort Collins event on March 12 due to growing concerns of the COVID 19 virus (press release on cancellation).
To participate in the online option, please watch this video first that explains the process. It is drawn primarily from the opening presentation at the community focus groups. After watching the video, the survey is available here. The documents mentioned in the video and used during the community focus group process include:
- The four page placemat document with the four portfolios (the primary document used at the event and in the survey). At the event, this document was one 11×17 page, but to make printing easier, we adjusted it to be a 4 page document using letter sized paper. The necessary text from this document is also embedded in the survey to facilitate your responses.
- A 2 page glossary document with some key terms defined.
- The Powerpoint from the introduction.
- The 2018 Platte River Resource Diversification Policy.
