Soto Flouris has been appointed as the new Director of Business Development at Pathways, northern Colorado’s leading not-for-profit provider of hospice, palliative care and grief & loss counseling. In this role Flouris is responsible in managing all provider relations and admission activities, including supervision of all community relations and admissions staff.
“Pathways is fortunate to welcome Soto as our new Director of Business Development,” said President of Pathways, Nate Lamkin. “Soto comes to Pathways with decades of executive and entrepreneurial leadership in high tech, as well as nine years of hospice operations and business development experience, and that skill set will help Pathways continue to grow in an increasingly competitive market.”
Prior to joining Pathways, Flouris was Executive Director at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care. He was responsible for all hospice operations in Denver, Colorado, including Medical, Clinical, Administrative Sales and Marketing staffs. He provided leadership in achieving the company’s mission and worked to ensure regulatory compliance.
“I am excited to be joining the Pathways leadership team,” said Flouris. “Together, we will help expand Pathways’ hospice care beyond the traditional city limits and deliver hospice care at the time and point of need.”
Flouris holds a masters of business administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is certified in Criterions Referenced Instruction. He currently resides in Westminster, Colorado with his wife of 45 years.
