Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC is pleased to announce that Amanda Huston, an attorney with the firm, has successfully completed the Development 360° Program with Urban Land Institute, Colorado (“ULI”).
Ms. Huston was selected from a pool of applicants to participate in Development 360, which is an annual program for ULI Young Leaders (35 & under) that provides an in-depth case study of one of Denver’s most exciting real estate projects, facilitated by a prominent Denver developer. The program provides a detailed overview of a real estate project, from start to finish, including land acquisition and due diligence, design and entitlements, financing, and construction. The program instructor was Matthew Joblon, Principal & Chief Executive Officer, BMC Investments.
“The Development 360 Program provided an incredible opportunity to engage the interrelated and nuanced components of a specific development project in a meaningful way,” said Ms. Huston. “It was a privilege to work with other real estate professionals under the guidance and expertise of Mr. Joblon to better understand the development process on both the granular and macro levels,” she continued. “The program was truly an edifying experience.”
Ms. Huston is an associate attorney at Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC. Her law practice focuses on business law and real estate matters.
