Windermere Real Estate plans to open its seventh Colorado office in the heart of Downtown Windsor this February. Co-owned by long-time Windsor residents, Casey and Dakota Brown, the new office will be prominently located in the growing part of Windsor’s downtown area at 207 4th Street.
“We are thrilled to have this opportunity to serve the Windsor community as a source for consultation in the dynamic Northern Colorado Real estate market,” said Casey, who grew up in Northern Colorado and moved to Windsor in 2009 with her husband Dakota. “We see our Windsor location being a space where the community can connect and feel at ease while conducting business while also allowing us to better serve Weld County and the surrounding areas.”
From coaching youth sports to sending their three children to Windsor schools, Dakota and Casey Brown, Broker Associates of Windermere Real Estate, are deeply invested in the future of Windsor. “We look forward to connecting with our beloved Windsor community through events and partnerships with local organizations and businesses,” said Dakota, who has plans to develop a local partnership with Windermere Foundation.

To kick off the opening of its seventh location, Windermere Real Estate has partnered with Toast Coffee & Wine Bar to host a Grand Opening party on February 23 following its Annual Forecast Event.
The 2018 Windermere Annual Forecast Event will take place on January 18, 2018, at the Fort Collins Marriott. The Forecast will begin at 5:30 p.m. and a reception will follow at the Windermere Fort Collins Office, 400 E. Horsetooth Road, Suite 100.
