(Fort Collins, CO—April 24, 2017) – Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, a sustainability-minded and quality-focused seafood restaurant in downtown Fort Collins, is excited to present its new spring 2017 menu. The menu will feature sustainably farmed seafood items, such as marinated tuna and Verlasso salmon, as well as locally sourced items, such as Colorado catfish and the spring greens salad.
