Throughout almost four decades, Pathways has expanded to provide numerous other services, including a complete palliative care program, bereavement counseling, serious illness counseling, services for children with life-limiting illnesses, honoring veteran services and more. Its main office is located at 305 Carpenter Road in Fort Collins.
