Fort Collins’ 8th year of Open Streets is going strong! On September 24, 2023 we will celebrate over one mile of Open Streets along Manhattan Ave/Troutman Pkwy from Horsetooth Rd. to Starflower Dr. and Wabash from Manhattan Ave to Benthaven St. where we will be doing an Asphalt Art installation the day of Open Streets at Wabash St. and Benthaven St.
