A Little Help is a nonprofit organization that connects neighbors of all ages to enhance lives and strengthen our communities.
To that end, they help older adults age well in their homes by connecting them to an important resource plentiful in every community: good neighbors. Many tasks around the house and yard chip away at independence, but through A Little Help, good neighbors can help with transportation, yard work, handiwork, home organization, and social engagement, empowering older adults to thrive where they have lived for decades and put down roots. This interaction also creates opportunities for our seniors to share their stories and skills.
The Virtual Ribbon Cutting will consist of networking and a presentation. Once you register you will receive a Zoom link to join us.
The Red Carpet Committee is comprised of nearly 175 members who act as Ambassadors when welcoming newer members into the Chamber. Red Carpet Receptions normally take place each Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9-10 a.m. usually at the place of business of the recipient. However, due to the current situation we have moved these events virtually on Thursday mornings. The Red Carpet Committee is a great way to meet other members and learn about the different kinds of businesses found in Fort Collins. If you are not current a member of the committee and would like to get involved please reach out to Chad Beane at [email protected].
