In this workshop Donna Kerr will break down the basic “dance steps” of a traditional sale; both the buyer’s and the seller’s. Donna will demonstrate how sometimes we inadvertently step on our “partner’s” toes. She will introduce alternative “steps” that keep you in the lead, gives your “partner” a sense of control, and allows you both to enjoy the dance! By the end of this workshop you will learn:
How to NOT come across as a salesperson.
Why asking questions is important and what kind to ask.
When to talk, when to listen, and how much of each.
What motivates people to make a purchase decision.
