I did want to reinforce one of the key messages that we delivered at the 2025 State of Business: Relationships and sharing your story with policymakers is vital. Your Chamber is taking on the big lift to dive into the most pressing policy issues, but we need your input to reinforce the value of a pro-business policy. As Mayor Arndt noted, policy makers aren’t experts – but they want to make a positive change. And as our Board Chair Josh Guernsey regularly reminds us all: relationships are key. We invite you to take action as a part of your State of Business experience. Connect with an elected or appointed official and share your story. I would love to hear about your connections and experiences!
