Mr. Coan’s law practice is focused on corporate related matters including: purchase and sale transactions, business organization and capitalization, corporate M&A transactions, land planning and development and all issues related to financial institutions and lender/creditors’ rights involving real estate and commercial loan transactions.
Mr. Payne’s legal practice focuses on representing financial institutions, private lenders, businesses and individuals in complex commercial real estate and financing transactions, including financing, acquisition/disposition, and leasing matters. In addition, Mr. Payne assists his clients with the establishment and enforcement of creditors’ rights.
Mr. Ganz’s practice is focused on environmental and natural resource matters including; environmental and natural resources law, mining law, construction defect litigation, insurance and commercial litigation, complex litigation, regulatory compliance, citizen suits, class actions and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Stouffer’s legal practice is concentrated on estate planning and administration, business planning, and real estate. Mr. Stouffer counsels’ clients on both residential and commercial purchases and sales, including title work.
Mr. Hess’ law practice emphasizes wealth preservation and transfer, family philanthropy and the related fields of succession and exit planning for closely-held businesses and professional practices.
Mr. Mulligan’s law practice is focused on business and commercial law advising clients in the areas of general business, construction law, real estate, transactions, and bankruptcy and reorganization. Mr. Mulligan also assists clients in receiverships, foreclosures, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Madden’s legal practice is concentrated on complex real estate and construction litigation. He frequently serves as an expert witness in litigation matters and as a mediator for settlement conferences. He has also been selected as a Fellow of the American Bar Association.
Mrs. Huston’s law practice is focused on corporate and real estate law. She advises corporate clients with respect to business organization and restructuring, capitalization, financing, and general corporate and transactional matters, and also serves lenders and borrowers in relation to commercial financing.
