The City of Fort Collins has confirmed the schedule for the Downtown tree pruning and removal/replacement project, have traffic control approved and underground utilities located.
All trees along College Ave between Laporte Ave and Olive St will be pruned to improve public safety as well as the health of the trees. There are nine tree removals and replacements that will also take place (see map below for a high level visual of their locations – yellow dots are removals).

Note: If the work crews complete a block before 11:00 a.m. the traffic/pedestrian control plan will be modified to open the travel lane and sidewalk.
