The Weld County Bar Association will hold its 12th Annual Nuts & Bolts CLE at the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center in Greeley, Colorado on Friday, December 11, 2015. All legal professionals are encouraged to attend.  The event will run from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Nuts & Bolts CLE is a continuing education program designed for new and established attorneys practicing in Weld County.  It was initially started by now District Court Judge Marcelo Kopcow as an introduction to the court system for new practicing attorneys and has grown over the past 12 years into a much anticipated annual event attended by over 100 lawyers from across Northern Colorado.
This year’s event will feature updates on civil, criminal and family law, as well as presentations on probate and fiduciary matters, DUI cases, and a primer on electronic filing in civil and criminal cases.  The 12th Annual event will also feature two panel discussions:  one will offer insight into the mediation process; the other will provide a unique opportunity to hear from judicial officers in the 19th Judicial District (Weld County) and the 8th Judicial District (Larimer County) and will be led by Chief Judge James Hartmann of the 19th Judicial District.
