The City of Fort Collins is seeking feedback from the community in regards to the Horsetooth Outlet Project (
HOP) to repair the Solider Dam Outlet. The project is being led by Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, and makes it even more important to ensure our water resources are used efficiently.
During HOP, we need the community’s help to ensure our water resources are used as efficiently as possible. There are many ways to save water, though to save the most water, we’re asking all customers to stop outdoor water use beginning Oct. 1. We realize not all businesses have outdoor water use however, awareness is important and we welcome your feedback on messaging to our community.
