Jefferson County’s most productive real estate team to lead new office

Based in Fort Collins, Windermere Real Estate has opened a new office in one of the signature communities along the Front Range. Leading the new office are John and Yvette Putt, who are long-time Evergreen residents and one of the most productive real estate teams in Jefferson County. In 2016, they closed over $17 million in sales volume and sold 12 properties priced over $1 million. They plan to have 15 high-producing agents working in the Evergreen office by the end of 2018.

The new Evergreen location, which is located off Bergen Parkway near the Hiwan Golf Club, joins Windermere locations in Fort Collins, Centennial, Aurora, Littleton and Denver. Windermere opened its first office in Colorado two and a half years ago and has laid out a strategic plan to grow across the state over the next five years.

“We are extremely excited to be a part of Windermere and to lead the new Evergreen office,” said Yvette Putt who will serve as Managing Broker. “With Windermere, we found a company who has an exciting vision and who exactly matches our values. We were so impressed with all of their programs and tools, which will help us do an even better job serving our clients.”

The Evergreen office is in a key geographic location for Windermere that is one of the fastest-growing real estate brokerages in Metro Denver with a 461 percent increase in yearly sales volume.

“This location fits our plan to serve home buyers and sellers all across the Front Range,” said Eric Thompson, President of Windermere Real Estate in Colorado. “Even more exciting than the location is the fact that John and Yvette joined our team. They exemplify everything we stand for in terms of their commitment to their community and to their clients. They are leaders in every sense of the word.”
“Something we are particularly excited about is the Windermere Foundation. We’ve always believed in giving back to the community and now we are able to make even more significant contributions,” said John Putt from Windermere Evergreen.
