For the 14th year in a row, Wilbur’s Total Beverage hosts “A Vintage Affair” on Friday, August 21st at the Embassy Suites Loveland, offering the public a rare opportunity to sample over 300 fine wines and microbrews, all in an effort to raise money for Pathways Hospice.

Tickets to this popular event have traditionally sold out and can be purchased for $75.00 per person at Wilbur’s Total Beverage – 2201 South College Avenue, Fort Collins – and online – www.pathways-care.org/AVA. In fact, the event has been moved to the Embassy Suites Loveland to accommodate for more wine and beer, more entertainment and more to enjoy than ever before.

As the title sponsor, Wilbur’s provides more than 300 varieties of the best beer and wine from across the globe. Guests are encouraged to try their favorite varieties, sample gourmet appetizers and desserts, while engaging in exceptional silent and live auctions. Attendees may also enter a drawing to win 99 bottles of wine or 99 bottles of beer, compliments of Wilbur’s Total Beverage.

“Wilbur’s is proud to support Pathways Hospice in any way that we can,” said Mat Dinsmore, owner of Wilbur’s Total Beverage. “We’re involved in thousands of charitable events, but each year A Vintage Affair stands out as our favorite and one that is very near and dear to our hearts. When our family needed their services, Pathways came through for us, and we will always be grateful and humbled.”

Pathways Hospice, a community-based nonprofit, provides expert medical and comfort care for individuals navigating the last months of life, palliative consultations for those with long-term serious illness, and community-wide grief support. Proceeds from this event will go towards helping families who need financial assistance to obtain hospice services, music and art therapies and access to bereavement programs.

“We hope anyone who is interested will join us at the 2015 A Vintage Affair to learn more about the number of Grief & Loss programs that Pathway’s has to help adults and children,” said Evan Hyatt, President of Pathways Hospice.  “Through this event, Wilbur’s and the community enable us to meet the end-of-life needs for so many.

The event is possible thanks to additional generous support from community partners.
