The 3rd Annual Great Frozen Turkey Race is upon us again. Homebrew Clubs Weiz Guys (representing Loveland) will compete against the Liquid Poets (representing Fort Collins). Folks are invited to bring in a frozen turkey on November 14th to Grimm Brothers Brewhouse (a vote for Weiz Guys/Loveland) or Timnath Beerwerks (a vote for Liquid Poets/Fort Collins). Participants will receive a free beer as thanks for their donation, and 100% of the turkeys will be donated to the Food Bank for Larimer County.
Last year, over 1,600 lbs of turkey were donated to the food bank in the Great Frozen Turkey Race!
