Effort to Educate Employers on Expanded Talent Pools

Local advocacy agency dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, The Arc of Larimer County, invites employers to a free educational workshop and luncheon focused on expanding talent pools through hiring individuals with disabilities.

Hosted By The Arc of Larimer County in partnership with Easter Seals, Larimer County, Foothills Gateway, and Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development, employers will have access to experts who will educate them on a variety of tactics and tools to implement into hiring processes and the workplace.

During the event, key speakers including Executive Director, Patrick Hackney, and Human Resources Director for Columbine Health Systems, Joyce Saffel will welcome guests and discuss the economic benefits of hiring a diverse workforce that includes people with disabilities.
