Small Business Technical Assistance Grants Available

There is still time for Fort Collins small businesses to participate in the Technical Assistance Mini Grant Program! This program awards mini grants to small businesses and non-profits located in Fort Collins with 20 or fewer employees going through the Building or Development Review process to provide them with technical assistance.

Grants are available for tenant finishes and/or change of use, minor amendments, and development review applications. Mini grant funding may be spent on technical services such as project management, site planning, landscape design, civil/structural engineering, surveying, lighting design, architectural design, sprinkler design, environmental consultations, and fire/hazard consultations, etc. Please note that these mini grants cannot go towards City fees or building and infrastructure improvements.

We are accepting mini grant applications on a rolling basis. Funds will be distributed on a first come, first served basis for eligible Building and Development Review projects.
