Sandler Training Announces New Business Partners

Sandler Training has added two new partners to its company. Kristin and Ed Kerr have joined Don Overcash and John Geiman at Sandler Training this month. Kristin Kerr’s background as a business owner and director of training and Ed Kerr’s background as vice president of sales during the previous 10 years makes this a prime fit for them and the current Sandler Training leadership team.

The Kerrs have purchased Geiman’s interest in Top Line Growth, Inc./Sandler Training and have joined Overcash forming a new ownership team. Geiman will be working in the business for the next several months and a retirement celebration will be planned later this year.

“We’re glad to welcome Kristin and Ed to the business communities in Northern Colorado and as new trainers and advisors to our clients,” said Don Overcash.

“Kristin and Ed and have made a significant investment in the company, as have I, and we look forward to helping serious business owners grow their businesses all along the Front Range.”

Sandler Training holds memberships at seven chambers of commerce and is involved in various community events. For more information, visit www.toplinegrowth.sandler.com or call Don Overcash, Kristin or Ed Kerr at 970-292-8490.

Founded in 1967 by David Sandler, Sandler Training directs the activities of a sales and management training organization of more than 260 locations in the U.S.A., Canada, and overseas. Sandler’s distinctive, non-traditional selling system and highly effective sales training methodology have helped salespeople and managers at every level take charge of the sales and management process. The training programs are designed to create lasting “performance improvement” rather than the motivational “quick fix” typical of many seminar-based training efforts. Sandler Training provides the highest level of success, because it is the only system founded on the belief that fundamental and lasting change requires reinforcement over time.
