The City of Greeley Planning Commission makes, amends and adds to the City’s Master Plan for physical development; implements control over platting or subdivision of land; drafts official zoning maps, and recommends amendments to current zoning. The commission also makes and recommends plans for areas in need of redevelopment, and it functions as the Zoning Board of Appeals. “I’m honored that the City Council selected me for this job, and I’m determined to do the best job I can. I’m looking forward to working with the Planning and Zoning staff and the other Commissioners on land use applications. My goal is to be part of a fair hearing process for everyone who comes before the Commission,” said Christian J. Schulte.
