Corey is a key member of the firm’s transaction team focusing his practice on business and estate planning. Corey assists clients in planning the transition of assets to the next generation and advises business owners on all types of general business matters, from routine questions about formation, management, or contracts to large acquisitions.
Corey obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he focused on business, real estate and estate planning.
Corey is a member of the Weld and Larimer County Bar Associations as well as the Colorado Bar Association, including the Trust and Estate and Business Sections.
