The Colorado Governors Fellowship Program was created through The Leaders Initiative. In 2011, The Leaders Initiative (TLI) established as a nonprofit whose mission was to elevate humanity by identifying, developing and deploying society’s greatest leaders into government. From TLI’s inception, private sector leaders worked with state government to curate a pool of talented leaders and institutionalize the connection between state government leaders and the business community.
THE GOVERNORS FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM AIMS TO:
- Inspire Fellows’ belief in what government can be,
- Prepare them for the tremendous opportunities they will have and new challenges they will face,
- Help them find the right time and approach to serve in the public sector
