New Broker joins Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services

Fort Collins, Colorado, May 9, 2018:  Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to welcome Justice Rhodes to the Fort Collins brokerage team.

Justice brings an extensive amount of knowledge in land use development and governmental rules and regulations. Prior to joining Realtec, he worked both for the federal government and private companies. His diverse experience includes oil/gas leasing; auditing housing authorities; general contracting; and multi-million-dollar fiduciary responsibilities. Justice attended Law School at the University of Denver (DU) where he focused on Land Use Law & Policy, created the Sustainable Development Law Association and was active in International, Environmental and Federal Indian law activities. He also obtained his Master’s Degree at the DU College of International Studies where he focused on international business and foreign trade zones.

“His experience in banking, land use and construction, as well as his legal and financial background make him a valuable asset to the Realtec team,” according to Steve Stansfield, Broker/Owner at Realtec.
