Lagoon Summer Concert Series returns to the shade of CSU’s Lagoon

7 weeks of Colorado bands perform Wednesday evenings June 15 – July 27

The Lagoon Summer Concert Series, one of Northern Colorado’s favorite family-friendly concert series, returns to the west lawn of the Colorado State University Lory Student Center. Owned and produced by the Mantooth Company for the past 25 years, this popular summer tradition brings together friends and families (who pack picnic suppers or patronize onsite food trucks) on Wednesday nights from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. between June 15 and July 27.

“We are ecstatic to be back under the trees at the Lagoon this summer,” said Mantooth Company Owner Connie Hanrahan. “This event is not only one of our favorites, it’s especially popular throughout the region for families with children. It’s seven weeks of a great time – free of charge thanks to our generous sponsors – featuring incredible Colorado artists and it’s just a lot of fun for all ages. The fact that this is our 25th year is really remarkable.”

The Lagoon Concert Series has brought great fun to northern Colorado for 25 years! Since its inception, there have been 152 band performances; approximately 185,000 music-loving attendees; and there have been six car giveaways!

Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic blankets, lawn chairs, kids and leashed pets to enjoy the show. Local food trucks will be on site each week offering dinner, snacks and drinks.

To commemorate the Lagoon Series’ 25th anniversary, there will be fun activities at each concert. Visit the Lagoon Summer Concert Series Facebook page for updates, including potential weather delays.
