Junior League of Fort Collins Hosts Annual Terrace and Garden Tour

The Junior League of Fort Collins, a non-profit organization committed to creating opportunities for women and children to thrive, is hosting its 33rd Annual Terrace and Garden Tour on June 20, 2015 from 9:00am – 2:00pm in the Eagle Ranch Estates neighborhood of Fort Collins, CO.

The 33rd Annual Terrace and Garden Tour will, once again, serve as the Junior League of Fort Collins’ major fundraiser to fund programs that benefit women and children in Northern Colorado. The 2015 tour features eleven spectacular gardens in Eagle Ranch Estates, far exceeding the number of properties in previous years. Homeowners have volunteered their gardens to provide an opportunity for the local community to learn about plants and landscape design, and to provide inspiration to others to create outdoor living spaces.

New this year, the Garden Tour will feature an outdoor market with local vendors, artists, food trucks, and musicians. “With a brand new location and a record number of homes on the tour, we decided to change up the program to offer more variety to our patrons,” says Garden Tour Chair, Lily Adams. “In 2015, we’ve added the outdoor market in an effort to expand our audience to spread awareness about the Junior League of Fort Collins and the impact our programs have on the community.”

The tour provides funding for community programs that support women and children in Larimer County such as the Junior League Career Closet, the Lincoln Center Imagination Series, and the Hunger Initiative. Tickets are available for $20 and can be purchased online at www.jlfortcollins.org or at one of the following ticket outlets:

  • Fort Collins Nursery: 2121 East Mulberry Street
  • Bath Garden Center: 2000 East Prospect Road
  • The Light Center: 2725 South College Avenue
  • Perennial Gardener: 154 North College Avenue
  • Sather’s Leading Jewelers: 300 East Foothills Parkway
