Fort Collins Utilities has launched the Utilities Pandemic Assistance (UPA) funding program. This program is open to both residential and commercial customers and will cover the FULL amount owed on an applicant’s account for both water and electric services – this includes late fees, reconnection fees, service charges, etc. The only ineligible expenses are unbilled, future charges and Green Energy charges.
Applicants can only apply once for this funding. Funding will be dispersed on a first come/first served basis. Customers who applied and received PRPA funds earlier this year are eligible to receive funding from this program.
