As emergency orders start to lift and occupancy regulations expand, the City is interested in gauging ongoing interest and concerns in maintaining expanded outdoor dining and retail areas. We recognize there are there are different scenarios to address (on-street, expanded patio, private lots, etc.) and that any activity along College Avenue would need CDOT approval.
