Fortified Collaborations presents the second in a series of farm dinners in Fort Collins this summer, all held to support local farmers, restaurants, breweries and non-profit organizations. Hope Farms in North Fort Collins will host the 3 Forks Farm Dinner on Sunday, August 9, with collaboratihttp://fortcollinschamber.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=news#on from local restaurants and breweries. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit The Growing Project.

Guests will first build their appetite as they enjoy a bicycle ride from Old Town to the farm, led by Bike Fort Collins. A shuttle service will also be available. Dinner will feature pairings from restaurants, breweries and farms. The first course will be created by Chef Amelia Mouton from Restaurant 415 using produce from Copia Community Farm paired with beer from Funkwerks. The entree will be prepared by Chef Art Marquez from El Monte using proteins supplied by Whole Foods Fort Collins and produce from Native Hill Farm with beer from Odell. Dessert will be prepared by Chef Ricky Myers from Jax Fish House with produce from Garden Sweet Farm and beer from Horse & Dragon.

“I love cooking in a community setting like this” says Chef Mouton. “It’s such a fun way to share food and work with other chefs in town.” Guests are sure to agree that this dinner will be a fun and unique evening. Live music and dancing will complete the festivities.

The dinner will take place rain or shine. Vegetarian meals are available. Purchase tickets at www.fortifiedcollaborations.com/purchase-tickets/.
