Real Estate Crowdfunding investing has been around for some time. But now, through the Colorado Crowdfunding Act, “small” investors can invest up to $5,000 per project in the commercial real estate market with limited cash and reduced risk. Your risk is reduced by investing a small amount of money in a variety of commercial properties.

CFEX is working with a NoCo expert, “Bittersweet”, who has years of experience repositioning distressed properties into high performing assets. They are using crowdfunding as a creative way to restructure a commercial property thus providing you a unique investment opportunity. Once a project has reached its funding goal, the debt will be paid off and Bittersweet will maintain a 10% ownership and manage the asset for free. This provides you a hands off/debt free investment. Current returns are 6.5%, projected up to 9.5% when fully leased and are disbursed quarterly.

This investment is open to Chamber members, Real Estate Brokers and their clients. The seller also pays a 4% referral fee to CFEX registered Real Estate Brokers.
